What makes this practice different from other dental offices?
We operate our own dental laboratory. Digital Dental Designs is on site, making Boiano Dental one of the few dental practices in the United States running its own lab. Our CEREC MC XL and Sirona X5 milling units fabricate implant, cosmetic and aesthetic restorations here — often in a single visit, never shipped to a third party. Other dentists send us their cases too.
One dentist handles both the surgical and the prosthetic phases of implant treatment. Dr. Boiano plans the case, places the implant and designs the final restoration. No referral out, no repeated consultations, no ambiguity about who is responsible for the result.
We can treat a dental emergency with an implant the same day. Break a front tooth and you do not have to leave without it.
We provide sedation in-office, up to deep sedation — which means patients who would otherwise be sent to a hospital can be treated here.
Do you see children?
Yes. Dr. Jessica Saliba is our pediatric specialist — Harvard School of Dental Medicine, with two years of pediatric dental specialty training at Mount Sinai Hospital. Pediatric dentistry is offered at the Eastchester office.

- Throgs Neck, Bronx — Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Closed Sunday.

Our approach
We practise dental health care rather than disease care: thorough examinations, oral cancer screening, imaging when warranted, and real emphasis on cleanings, sealants and prevention. The cheapest dentistry is always the treatment you never needed.
Sterilization and infection control follow standards set by the American Dental Association, OSHA and the CDC. Dr. Boiano and our hygienists also teach — lasers, implants, cosmetics and dental materials — including work with residents at Westchester Medical Center.
